The Story
Glacerie is Bengal's first live dessert experience — a house built on the belief that dessert should be watched, not just eaten. Our kunafa is pulled hot and cheesy at the counter, our ice creams are hand-churned in small batches, and every recipe leans on ingredients we'd be proud to put our name next to: Belgian Callebaut chocolate, Lotus Biscoff, Van Houten cocoa, and hand-picked Dubai pistachio.
